You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Managing onshore wind and/or utility-scale solar PV projects in Latvia within its construction stage
• Planning and controling all project activities
• Managing documentation and reports
• Monitoring progress and tracking roadblocks
• Setting up and leading a project team 
• Delegating work effectively to the project team
• Involving and working closely with inhouse experts (engineers, lawyers, environmental and permitting specialists, etc.) to achieve best outcomes for the project and to manage the risks
• Following renewable energy industry trends and to apply the knowledge in the daily activity. 

Required for this position

• Higher education in the Construction, Engineering or Energy field
• Project management experience in Energy or Infrastructure sectors
• Experience in wind and/or solar PV projects construction
• Knowledge of renewable energy (wind and/or solar PV) technologies and trends
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Abliity to prioritize to meet project deadlines
• Result oriented, proactive person with flexibility and ability to adapt quickly as well as work in corporate culture
• English language.

Salary range for this position group is 3220 to 4831 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
