You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Drafting and reviewing of a wide range of commercial agreements (including service agreements, supply agreements, NDA, LoI, MoU)
• Legal counselling and assistance to business teams with KYC & other compliance matters
• Assisting to the team on daily legal matters
• Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management and other stakeholders on commercial legal matters.

Required for this position

• Master degree in law
• 3 years of work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
• Strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
• Ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize tasks.

Salary range for this position group is 2560 to 3840 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
