Since 7 March 2022, Thierry Aelens has been Chief Executive Officer at Ignitis Renewables.

Thierry Aelens has been working in the energy sector for more than 20 years including more than 15 years in renewables. He has unique experience in offshore wind energy projects and has been directly involved in the implementation of more than 5 000 MW of renewable energy projects.

Thierry Aelens has the highest level of management and business development experience. He managed the construction of offshore wind projects for RWE Innogy (RWE renewables), one of the largest energy companies in the world. He was also Vice President of STX France, one of the leading manufacturers of offshore wind substations, where he was responsible for the supply contracts for energy leaders such as Orsted, EDF, EON and Rentel. Before joining Ignitis Renewables, Thierry Aelens held senior positions at Elicio, a renewable energy company, and Mitac Renewable Energy, a consultancy company specialising in the renewable energy sector.

Thierry Aelens holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from University College London and the University of Aachen, as well as an Executive Diploma from INSEAD, one of the leading international business schools. He has broadened his knowledge in the marine engineering, oil and gas and energy sectors through various professional trainings and studies.

Jonas Rimavičius is a Member of the Management Board of UAB “Ignitis renewables” and the Head of Group Finance and Investment at AB “Ignitis grupė”.

Jonas Rimavičius is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He joined the Group in 2016 and has been a member of the Management Board of Ignitis Renewables since January 2019. He is also a Member of the Management Board of UAB “NT valdos”.

Prior to joining the Group, Jonas Rimavičius worked as a Senior Analyst at Swedbank, was a Financial Business Partner at the telecommunications company Telia and a consultant at the audit and consulting company Ernst & Young Baltic.

Mr Rimavičius holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge.

Vidmantas Salietis is a member of the Management Board and Chief Commercial Officer at Ignitis Group.

Mr. Salietis, who has 7 years of executive experience, joined Ignitis Group in 2011. Since 1 February he holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer. He is the Chair of the Management Boards of NT Valdos and UAB Elektroninių mokėjimų agentūra, and the Chair of the Supervisory Board of UAB "Ignitis". He is also a member of the Management Board of UAB "Gamybos optimizavimas" and a member of the Supervisory Board of Ignitis Polska Sp. z o.o.

Vidmantas gained his executive experience in energy sector. He held the position of General Manager at Energijos Tiekimas. Previously, he was the Director of the Electricity Wholesale Division at Ignitis Gamyba.

Mr. Salietis obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (SSE Riga).

Vidmantas Salietis owns 200 shares of Ignitis Group.
