You will contribute to creating a green and secure energy ecosystem by:

  • Planning and managing all project activities.
  • Managing documentation and reporting.
  • Monitoring progress and tracking obstacles.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that contractors carry out their tasks efficiently and to company standards.
  • Involving and working closely with internal experts (engineers, lawyers, environmental and licensing specialists, etc.) to achieve the best results for the project and manage risks.
  • Coordinating and managing contractors. This includes cost negotiation, contract management, communication and coordination of project activities.
  • Working with other department heads to define, prioritie and develop new sites.

Required for this position:

  • Higher education in management, law, economics, construction, engineering or energy.
  • Project management experience in the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Analytical, well-structured, result-oriented, proactive personality with flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly and work within a corporate culture.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power consumption, construction drawings and permit packages.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet project deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and technicality with excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Estonian.

Salary range: 2802-4035 EUR gross.
