You will contribute to creating a green and secure energy ecosystem by:
- Organizing and overseeing maintenance schedules and activities for EV charging stations.
- Monitoring the operational status and performance of the EV charging station fleet.
- Checking and enhancing the quality of customer support services provided.
- Ensuring that all operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating closely with internal experts (engineers, customer support teams, technicians) to optimize operational efficiency and manage risks.
- Developing strategies for continuous improvement of the EV charging station network and customer experience.
Required for this position:
- Higher education in logistics, engineering, energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Estonian, both written and spoken.

Salary range: 2083-2999 EUR gross.
