SENIOR LAWYER (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Legal assistance in RES green field projects in Latvia (WTG/PV supply, EPC, BoP, TCM agreements, construction agreements (FIDIC), claims management, as well as environmental and general commercial matters
• Drafting and negotiating the agreements
• Preparation of internal procedures to ensure business compliance and mitigation of risks
• Liaison with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on legal matters.

Required for this position:

• Have a Master’s degree in law
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant legal field, particularly in construction and/or real estate (FIDIC experience or willingness to learn FIDIC would be beneficial)
• Are fluent in English
• Have experience working with an international team
• Are skilled at evaluating options and finding solutions
• Have strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal clients, i.e., business team
• Are able to independently prioritize tasks
• Have the ability to simplify complex issues and provide pragmatic advice and practical solutions that can be operationalized

Salary range for this position group is 2535 to 3804 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
