We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Eesti team where you’ll be responsible for increase of electric vehicle charging publicly available locations. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Signing new sites by identifying decision makers (board members, C-level managers) and negotiating the best possible terms for the construction of the charging station;
  • Building the largest premium EV charging network in Estonia;
  • Seeking additional business development opportunities;
  • Performing comprehensive market and customer needs analysis, generate and implement ideas to optimize the offer and proposed solutions;
  • Continuously improving product knowledge, present the product and related innovations to stakeholders.

Required for this position:

  •  2+ years of B2B sales experience, full closing role;
  •  Higher education (Bachelor degree and up);
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Capability to independently approach decision makers;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English languages, knowledge of Russian will be a plus;
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations;
  • B category driving license.

    Would be an advantage: 

  • Previous experience in real estate-related sales, such as land acquisition;
  • Knowledge of Russian language.
