You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Coordinating and managing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and monthly variance reports;
  • Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
  • Ensuring month-end and year-end procedures are completed on time;
  • Coordinating and ensuring quality of a vendor of accounting, financial and tax reporting services;
  • Leading ad hoc financial analyses and rooting cause investigation;
  • Implementing and coordinating risk management procedures;
  • Managing key stakeholder expectations (both business and finance).

Required for this position:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar areas;
  • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience;
  • Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers (external and internal applicable);
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage key responsibilities.

Salary range for this position group is 2535 to 3804 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
