We are currently looking for a new colleague to join Ignitis Estonia team. You’ll be responsible for building up new B2B electricity sales business line in Estonia and generating revenue by taking care of different customer needs, creating and managing sales team. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing an effective, market-competitive sales strategy that helps the company grow in the country;
  • Developing forecasts and strategies to ensure profitability;
  • Following industry trends, market and competitor’s activities;
  • Following the developments in regulatory and legal framework and ensuring compliance; 
  • Leading and ensuring high effective team work;
  • Developing tools to ensure smooth, transparent and automated processes,

Required for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Energy related field (Master’s degree is preferred);
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B sales, preferably within the energy or utilities sector;
  • Strong understanding of the electricity market and regulatory environment in Estonia;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in Estonian and English both written and spoken;
  • Excellent understanding of legal and labor environment;
  • Experience of hiring right talents and running a motivated top performing team.

Salary range for this position group is 4309 to 6205 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
