You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing legal support for M&A and investment transactions, including participation in negotiations and guidance on transaction execution
• Offering legal counseling and assistance for vendor's due diligence, data collection, structuring, analysis, and running VDRs
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation (e.g., NDAs, MoUs, LoIs, SPAs, commercial contracts) in accordance with laws and internal policies
• Serving as a legal consultant in Ignitis Renewables' corporate law matters in Lithuania, including drafting decisions and company incorporation documents
• Handling the legal organization of subsidiaries in Poland, Estonia, Latvia, and potentially other markets
• Drafting internal legal documentation, assess draft documents from other departments, and provide advice on the application of external and internal legal acts
• Offering in-house legal support and collaborate with transaction counsels, legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on commercial and corporate legal matters
• Providing legal counseling and assistance to business teams with KYC and other compliance processes.

Required for this position:

• Higher education in law (master‘s degree)
• 4+ years of professional post-qualification experience in-house or in a law firm in respective areas of expertise
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian company & contract law, strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks
• Client-oriented, result-oriented, proactive with strong analytical skills
• Comfortably working in cross-cultural teams, collaborating across country boundaries with a sense of diversity and inclusion
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (both spoken and written)
• Experience in energy sector or experience with group companies would be an asset.

Salary range for this position group is 3124 to 4686 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
