You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Setting up of the markets and products which are to be followed as priorities and as specific areas for the originators;
  • Defining and preparing regular market/product analysis with focus on transaction opportunities;
  • Ensuring close cooperation with traders/portfolio managers;
  • Monitoring markets and products development other than above in order to consider cross market and cross commodity products' implementation;
  • Assuring implementation of all company’s rules, procedures and limitations related to origination transactions processing, approvals and implementation;
  • Elaborating, presenting and updating all project documentation;
  • Coordinating project development with specific departments like legal, risk, credit, and obtaining their opinions and approvals if necessary;
  • Scheduling and ensuring optimal utilization of allocated resources (internal and external);
  • Keeping close contact with existing and potential counterparts in coordination with other company’s departments;
  • Searching for new industry clients;

Required for this position:

  • University degree or equivalent (economy, engineering, mathematics);
  • At least 3 years of management experience;
  • At least 8 years of work experience in energy (gas/power/environmental products) sales, trading, structured products and derivatives;
  • Knowledge of the legislation governing the energy market;
  • Extensive knowledge of software used in energy markets;
  • Risk management understanding;
  • Team management ability;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
  • Polish language – native level;
  • English language – working proficiency.
