We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Talent Acquisition division of Ignitis Group Shared Services Center, where you’ll be responsible for attracting talents. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Working with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to identify the candidates' personas;
- Searching and identifying the most suitable candidates (both inbound and outbound);
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, by phone;
- Mastering sourcing tools, crafting and sending recruiting emails;
- Promoting our employer brand online and offline, participating in various events for building relationships with potential candidates;
- Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
- Taking responsibility of full-cycle selection process of junior level positions.
Required for this position:
- Experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and social networks;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
- Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques;
- Effective time-management and organizational skills;
- Higher education in Psychology/Human Resources Management or similar fields.
