We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Lithuanian Renewables Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be responsible for resolution and coordination of land related issues required for the development and implementation of onshore wind, solar PV and BESS projects. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: 

  • Identifying sites and landowners where there is a need to secure land rights and/or various types of land-related consents to develop onshore wind, solar PV and BESS projects 
  • Negotiating land rights agreements (leases, superficies, easements, consents for roads and cable protection zones, etc.) with landowners with a comprehensive understanding of the terms of the agreements
  • Representing the organisation in relations with other bodies/ organisations (municipalities, national land service, cadaster & register, national payment agency, etc.) and private individuals
  • Handling landowners/land users reports/complaints on land issues, processes information, prepare responses and works on conflicts resolution
  • Collaborating with the legal team to oversee the delivery of accurate and complete agreements 
  • Engaging with and assist the Land Rights Acquisition Manager and/or Project Manager on land rights agreements and other related issues as they arise.

Required for this position:

  • Higher education in a relevant field 
  • Experience in one of the fields of: land use consultancy, land administration, spatial planning, land acquisition and other land disposal activities
  • Comprehensive understanding of land related legislation 
  • Good English and fluent Lithuanian language skills 
  • Driving licence (category B).

Would be an advantage:

  • Understanding of the renewable energy industry
  • Knowledge of CAD and GIS software
  • Experience working with a GNSS receiver and total station
  • Surveyor's qualification certificate.

Salary range for this position group is 2560 to 3840 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
