You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Ensuring effective communication within Ignitis Polska and Ignitis Renewables Polska.
- Professionally representing the Ignitis group brand in Poland (including corporate, PR, employer, marketing).
- Developing a long-term marketing strategy and implementing tactical plans in collaboration with the business team.
- Planning and budgeting yearly initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, and monitoring results.
- Implementing digital marketing tools to drive business growth.
- Partnering with agencies as well as the in-house Group communication team in Lithuania.
- Representing the company in public.
Required for this position
- 5+ years of marketing communications and/or brand building experience.
- Knowledge of energy sector.
- Experience working with international brands and marketing campaigns, especially in B2B sector.
- Ability to work in the field of digital marketing.
- Proven experience in achieving results.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and a team player.
- Professional knowledge of Polish and English languages – spoken and written.
