You will contribute to creating a green and secure energy ecosystem by:
- Building Estonia's largest premium EV charging network by securing strategic locations.
- Seeking additional business development opportunities to enhance the network.
- Conducting market and customer needs analysis, optimizing offerings and solutions.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and presenting innovations to stakeholders.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with landowners, developers, municipalities, and other key stakeholders.
- Identifying suitable land for EV charging stations and negotiating optimal prices.
- Participating in land appraisals, bids, and monitoring land registrations and development plans.
- Supporting legal by preparing land acquisition documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Finalizing contracts with landowners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from land acquisition to station commissioning.
Required for this position
- 2+ years in real estate, land acquisitions, and closing deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Proven project management and execution skills.
- Strong market analysis and property evaluation abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills in commercial land.
- Relationship-building with landowners, developers, municipalities, etc.
- Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.
- B category driving license.

Salary range: 2260-3254 EUR gross.
