You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Managing retail/generation portfolio hedge;
- Mandating and executing of market operations;
- Monitoring and evaluating conditions of the market, capturing profitable opportunities;
- Participating in creation of portfolio management strategies;
- Keeping a trade registry;
- Monitoring of current strategy efficiency.
Required for this position
- University degree or equivalent (economy, engineering, mathematics);
- At least 2 years of work experience in banking, trading (gas and/or power), brokerage or financial/technical sales;
- Knowledge of the legislation governing the energy market;
- Familiarity with information platforms – Montel, Eikon, Bloomberg;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office/VBA;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages;
- Understanding of weather influence on power markets;
- Knowledge and understanding of European energy markets: Nasdaq OMX, EEX, ICE, PolPX;
- Practical knowledge of risk management processes.
