We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Renewables Poland Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us to take care of maintaining and building relationships with communities by continuous communication and financial grand administration. Take note that this position requires employee to be in South-West Poland area.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Preparing and implementing communities engagement strategy
  • Ensuring that communities engagement methods and financial support models would correspond the needs and best local practices in Poland
  • Facilitating in financial aid application, reviewing, and funding process
  • Identifying process development needs and opportunities for increased efficiency
  • Planning and organizing various kind of events for local communities with a purpose to present onshore wind & solar PV projects as well as Ignitis renewables activities
  • Identifying and managing third-party vendors to assist with community engagement tasks
  • Being open to working and traveling on weekends and after office hours.

Required for this position

  • Possession of a university degree
  • Experience in document management, process coordination or similar experience
  • Experience in renewable energy projects development would be considered as an advantage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Polish and English languages
  • Ability to work independently, to solve problems, to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using MS Office package
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities inside and outside the organization
  • Drivers license.
