You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading and maintaining a culture of safe work, ensuring compliance with Ignitis Renewables Environment, Health, and Safety policies
• Managing operations and maintenance in Lithuania, including internal resources and service providers, and building a high-performing team through recruitment and development
• Setting regional goals and strategy with the operations and maintenance team at Ignitis Renewables
• Developing and implementing operational strategies for renewable energy plants and assets in Lithuania
• Ensuring efficient project performance, meeting production and availability budgets, and identifying opportunities for increased profitability
• Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring smooth transitions from construction to operation for renewable energy projects in Lithuania and Latvia
• Regularly reporting on project performance and collaborating with other departments within Ignitis Renewables and Ignitis Group.

Required for this position

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field
• +3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of power plants in Lithuania and leadership experience, including line management of professionals
• Experience in managing renewable energy technology and balance of plant service providers
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and related legal acts
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of SCADA systems
• Valid driving license
• Business fluency in English.

Salary range for this position group is 3124 to 4686 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
