We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Employer Branding team of the Ignitis Group Shared Service Center, where you’ll be responsible for contributing to the creation of the employer brand with the purpose of building a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:
- Developing and overseeing our employer branding strategy on social media channels;
- Creating engaging content for various platforms to communicate our EVP to different audiences;
- Keeping our website and other career-related digital channels up to date and continuously evolving;
- Working on unique projects related to employer branding topics, including social ambassadorship and more;
- Organizing various employer branding events and representing the company at career fairs, conferences, and other professional gatherings, reinforcing our brand's presence in the market.
Required for this position
- A background in communications, employer branding, or a related field, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic culture, manage various stakeholders and projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, with an awareness of the latest social media trends;
- A desire for continuous learning and the agility to adapt in a dynamic environment;
- A passion for contributing to a larger purpose and making a meaningful impact on the planet.
It would be an advantage to have:
- Experience in event organization or a strong desire to excel in organizing top-tier events.
