You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading organizational development projects, including IT system rollouts, office relocation and other strategic high priority projects
- Preparing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and team structures
- Managing project budgets and seeking cost-saving opportunities
- Addressing project issues and risks proactively
- Providing regular progress updates to management
- Actively communicating with various team members, stakeholders and partners to achieve project goals
- Leading and managing project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and fostering a productive environment
- Implementing change management strategies for smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Required for this position
- 3+ years’ experience in project management or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Project Management and Business Processes Management methodologies
- Excellent proficiency in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including effective executive-level communication.
