You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading organizational development projects, including IT system rollouts, office relocation and other strategic high priority projects
• Preparing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and team structures
• Managing project budgets and seeking cost-saving opportunities
• Addressing project issues and risks proactively
• Providing regular progress updates to management
• Actively communicating with various team members, stakeholders and partners to achieve project goals
• Leading and managing project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and fostering a productive environment
• Implementing change management strategies for smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Required for this position

• 3+ years’ experience in project management or a related field
• Solid knowledge of Project Management and Business Processes Management methodologies
• Excellent proficiency in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including effective executive-level communication.

Salary range for this position group is 2560 to 3840 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
