You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Assessing and executing M&A transactions and investments in the renewable energy sector
• Building and maintaining valuation and financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support corporate decisions
• Conducting investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, and reviewing valuation assumptions with limited supervision
• Assisting senior team members in decisions related to project financing and power purchase agreements (PPAs)
• Summarizing and presenting findings to the investment team and other stakeholders
• Supporting the preparation of board materials, including presentations and approval papers
• Assisting in the preparation and review of transaction documents such as term sheets and confidentiality agreements
• Coordinating with internal teams (legal, engineering, procurement, treasury) and external advisors
• Conducting research on renewable energy trends and assisting in organizing tenders for professional services.

Required for this position

• Hold a degree in economics, finance, business management, or an equivalent field
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, investment management, or a related field
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills, including experience in building and utilizing valuation models
• Have solid understanding of valuation methods and financial analysis
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
• Show high motivation, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and work under strict deadlines
• Be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Have an excellent command of English
• Enrolment in CFA, ACCA, or a similar qualification is considered an advantage.

Salary range for this position group is 3124 to 4686 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
