The Group has a Diversity and Inclusion Group, which brings colleagues together who seek that diversity and inclusion would become a reality and is included in the daily life of the organisation. The Group takes initiative and wants to improve the awareness of the entire organisation regarding the diversity and inclusion issues as well as actively monitor how the diversity and inclusion culture is being developed within the entire organisation.
